The Y has been a long-standing partner of NZCT, and this grant will support their outdoor education programs for children and young adults. The Upgrade of Essential Outdoor Education Equipment The Y has been utilizing the equipment for several years, but it has become outdated and in need of replacement. The current equipment is no longer meeting the needs of their programs, and the organization is eager to upgrade to modern and reliable equipment. The grant from NZCT will enable The Y to purchase new equipment, including radios, climbing harnesses, helmets, life jackets, kayaks, archery gear, and mountain bikes. Key Equipment Upgrades

Radios: The Y will upgrade their radios to ensure reliable communication between staff and participants during outdoor activities.

Climbing Harnesses: New climbing harnesses will provide a safer and more secure climbing experience for participants.
